Policies

Health and Vaccinations

All dogs must be current on rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations. Current veterinary records must be provided when booking.
Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses.
Please let us know of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.

Behavior and Safety

Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive toward people and other dogs.
We cannot accept dogs with a history of biting or with severe behavioral issues.
All dogs must arrive and leave on a leash for safety.
All dogs must wear a halter during boarding. Your dog(s) may use your halter or we will provide one.
Life vests are mandatory for swim time. We can provide life vests or you may bring your own.

Boarding Rules

Owners must provide their dog's food, medications, and any special items like treats, toys, blankets, etc.
Food must be provided, whether pre-packaged or in bulk.
Dogs will sleep in their reserved indoor air conditioned bedroom suite - no kennels, cages, or concrete.

Emergencies

If your dog requires veterinary care, we will contact you immediately.
In urgent cases, we will take your dog to your preferred vet, our on-call mobile vet, or the nearest emergency vet clinic.
All medical costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Liability

While we take every precaution to keep your dog safe, owners must sign a waiver acknowledging that pets are boarded at their own risk. We are not liable for illnesses, injuries, or unexpected incidents outside our reasonable control.
