Frequently Asked Questions

Please bring your dog’s food, any medications, and their favorite treats, toys, or blanket. We provide cozy bedding, bowls, and plenty of love!

For the safety of all pups, we require proof of current rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations.  We also require that your dog be current on flea/tick prevention medicine and be flea- and tick-free upon arrival.

We keep things small and personal. Typically no more than 4-8 dogs at a time, so everyone gets plenty of attention.

• Drop-off: 7:00am - 6:00pm
   
• Pick-up: 7:00am - 6:00pm

If you need different hours, just ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Dogs staying overnight sleep in one of our four indoor air-conditioned bedroom suites. They’ll have comfy bedding and a peaceful space, not a concrete floor in a kennel.

• Playtime, walks, swims, and enrichment
   
• Afternoon naps and cuddles
   
• Evening play and dinner
   
• Wind-down snuggles and potty breaks before bed

Yes! We’re happy to give your dog a bath and towel-dry before pick-up at no extra charge.

Safety comes first. If your dog needs veterinary attention, we will contact you immediately and take them to your preferred vet (or the nearest emergency clinic if urgent).

Yes, but they are not available for public viewing, due to privacy reasons.  We have cameras in every room to monitor the dogs during rest times.  We will take many photos of your dog(s) at play and rest to send to you daily.

Never!  There will always be someone onsite to maintain safety, health, and happiness.
